You can not make a reservation it is first come first serve. Plan to wait a long time over 1 hour or longer for all. The restaurants seems overwhelmed with the amount of people. You really only have 3 choices sit down restaurants the view point and Rank & File. I am a clean freak and this was not ok with me. 2) The rooms was pretty full of dirty dishes, trash, & dirty towels after 3 days. You can request towels and amenities but they will not clean any part of your room. ROOMS 1) Rooms are clean however we had no idea they would not be serving the room the WHOLE time we visited which was 3 days. Staff is not nice about asking you if you forget. MASK MUST be worn whenever you are not in pool even if running to Bathroom or bar. If you are not at the pool very early no seats.
The pool was dirty beer cans and drink cups all over. 2) Pool was main reason we went for get away. It is a 50$ per person fee if you loose the pool card. If you do not have a card for everyone you will need to get one. EVERYONE in your party NEEDS a pool card. POOL: 1) NO FOOD, NO DRINKS NOTHING at the pool. The restrictions are many and something you should know when booking. This time was nothing like the first time. It was clean, friendly, everything was open spa & restaurants. This is our second stay at the casino resort.
